Health Coaching is a collaborative, client-centered approach to sustainable behavioral change. During our 1:1 online sessions, my role as your coach is to empower you to create and maintain the positive changes you want to see in your life. We do this by strengthening your self-efficacy and self-awareness, bridging the gap between health knowledge and everyday habits, and providing compassionate accountability along the way.
In our sessions, we’ll explore your unique dietary and lifestyle challenges and work together to uncover and implement holistic, realistic solutions that support your overall well-being.
This option is ideal for those who feel unsure where to begin on their health journey, prefer flexible, as-needed sessions, or are seeking targeted guidance, clarity, or emotional support as part of their healing process.

My CORE program. This is a deeper, more immersive coaching experience designed to help you uncover and move beyond the true blocks standing between you and lasting change.
If you’re ready to gain clarity and momentum, master the high-raw vegan lifestyle, and heal your relationship with food and your body, EYT provides the structure, education, and support to help you fully integrate these changes.
While similar to health coaching in its collaborative, client-centered approach, this is designed for those ready to commit on a deeper level. You’ll receive weekly 1:1 sessions, in-depth audio and video trainings, guided worksheets and templates, and direct WhatsApp support for ongoing accountability and encouragement.
This program is ideal for individuals who are ready to invest in themselves and step into their healthiest, happiest, and most aligned lives.
One-on-One 3-month course

Virtually identical to the 6-month program, but at twice the pace. Great for those with more time on their hands, as the 3-month course will cover the same amount of material in half the time. Ideal for summer breaks and individuals who want a shorter commitment.

I’m a Certified Health Coach, and my passion in life is helping others escape the toxic diet rollercoaster and step into greater alignment.
After 10 years of High-Raw Veganism, I’m overjoyed to find that my lifestyle is no longer an exhausting ordeal. This was not always the case, though. From struggling with social eating and navigating holidays to discovering how to meet my nutritional needs while rewiring my brain to choose healthier cravings–trust me, I’ve been there!

Over the past decade, health coaching has emerged as a powerful tool for improving health outcomes, including glycemic control, reducing excess weight, blood pressure management, and physical activity. Studies highlight its role in promoting sustainable behavior change, enhancing self-efficacy, enhancing well-being, and reducing disease-related complications across diverse populations.*
In some cases, these positive effects were even more noticeable when health coaching was conducted through telehealth or video calls, as seen below.

These results were taken form a very insightful randomized controlled trial published in the Telemedicine Journal and E-Health in 2018. The research found that participants who received video conferencing based health coaching had significant favorable outcomes in their average amount of steps per day and weight loss over a 12 week intervention when compared to the control group.
