Using our lifestyle expertise, goal-setting and accountability strategies, and training in behavioral change, we’re here to be your help you stop struggling and start seeing the results you so deeply desire.
In the age of knowledge, what’s holding people back is often not a lack of willpower, motivation, or information. Rather, a lack of understanding how to sift through confusing studies and implement individualized change can prevent people from achieving long-term, sustainable results.

Health Coaching is a collaborative, client-centered approach to sustainable behavioral change. During our 1:1 online sessions, my role as your coach is to empower you to create and maintain the positive changes you want to see in your life. We do this by strengthening your self-efficacy and self-awareness, bridging the gap between health knowledge and everyday habits, and providing compassionate accountability along the way.
In our sessions, we’ll explore your unique dietary and lifestyle challenges and work together to uncover and implement holistic, realistic solutions that support your overall well-being.
This option is ideal for those who feel unsure where to begin on their health journey, prefer flexible, as-needed sessions, or are seeking targeted guidance, clarity, or emotional support as part of their healing process.

My CORE program. This is a deeper, more immersive coaching experience designed to help you uncover and move beyond the true blocks standing between you and lasting change.
If you’re ready to gain clarity and momentum, master the high-raw vegan lifestyle, and heal your relationship with food and your body, EYT provides the structure, education, and support to help you fully integrate these changes.
While similar to health coaching in its collaborative, client-centered approach, this is designed for those ready to commit on a deeper level. You’ll receive weekly 1:1 sessions, in-depth audio and video trainings, guided worksheets and templates, and direct WhatsApp support for ongoing accountability and encouragement.

What is EYT?
Envision Your Truth represents two key things:
On one hand, Envision Your Truth is the name of my business and core coaching program.
Inspired by my desire to help plant-based (or plant-curious) souls achieve vibrant long-term health and create a life they love, Envision Your Truth is NOT your average coaching program.
Years (not months or weeks) of my life have been put into developing a program focused on effectively targeting all aspects of health, rather than just leaving you with a cut-and-paste meal plan and daily affirmations.
Meal plans only go so far, which is why Envision Your Truth is focused on long-term success and true transformation rather than quick results.
Your journey will look something like this:
👉 We start with setting solid foundations by getting pinpoint clarity on your current struggles, cultivating an environment that’s conducive to growth, and learning how to motivate ourselves properly.
👉 After that, we jump into mastering the high-raw vegan lifestyle, healing our relationships with food and our bodies, and mastering conscious, intuitive eating.
👉 Then, instead of leaving you alone to work through any emotions that come up, EYT has an ENTIRE MODULE dedicated to overcoming limiting beliefs, emotional pain, emotional eating, and self-sabotage.
👉 Finally, we end off the program with a whole module on embodying our authentic selves and using what we've learned in the program to continue to step into our truths as we move through life!
As I’ve said, this is a transformation, not simply a cleanse.
Envision Your Truth is also my call to action for anyone who feels out of alignment with their true self—or what I consider the highest, happiest, and healthiest versions of ourselves.
Discovering and cultivating this authentic self, along with a reality that supports it, can feel overwhelming. But like any journey, it begins with determination and a clear vision.
I believe reclaiming our health, investing in holistic wellness, and reconnecting with our bodies through fitness is a powerful first step. These practices require us to listen to our body’s cues, eliminate numbing habits, and build confidence. As we strengthen this mind-body connection, we naturally tune into our intuition, making it easier to recognize and follow what truly excites and fulfills us.
This process—aligning with our inner calling—is what I see as stepping into our truth. The Tree of Life perfectly symbolizes this journey. It represents growth, balance, and deep connection—to ourselves, the world around us, and the unseen forces that guide us. When we commit to becoming our most authentic, vibrant selves, we embrace expansion, holistic harmony, and something greater than the ego.

No problem. Although this course is centered around the raw vegan diet, that doesn’t mean you need to eat 100% raw, especially if it’s not for you.
My goal is to help you find your perfect balance of raw vs.. cooked. The information given in this program is helpful for anyone who is trying to eat a healthy vegan diet and achieve a better relationship with food.

Cultural competence and respecting individuality are key to the health coaching profession.
My intention when creating this course was to convey the information in a way that everyone will be able to comprehend. Therefore, my program is set up for individuals from all backgrounds, whether that includes being “spiritual” or not. I’ve included the basics of spiritual topics that I’ve found essential for growth, and how deep you dive into each topic is completely up to you and your comfort zone.

I get it! Life is busy for most people. This is exactly why my course is built to be self-paced, flexible, and compatible with a full-time work schedule.
In EYT we address topics like stress management, optimization, and time-saving tips, and how to make this lifestyle more practical. My goal is to help you reduce stress, not add to it.

There is immense value in being your own teacher, and I encourage everyone to conduct their own research.
However, even though there is plenty of value on YouTube and other media platforms, this route can be extremely time-consuming, confusing, and conflicting. There is a lot of harmful misinformation online, and I’d love to save you the frustration of sifting through everything.
It’s also important to note that simply searching the web for answers lacks the crucial support aspect.
My goal is to help you steer away from those online rabbit holes and get you on the right track toward long-term health and success ASAP.

I’ve been there many times, whether it be hiring my own mentor, going back to school, or simply buying gym clothes that made me excited to work out.
