Welcome to Envision Your Truth Coaching. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By accessing this site or engaging in coaching services, you agree to be bound by the following terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services or site.

1. Health Disclaimer

All content and services provided by Envision Your Truth Coaching are intended for informational and educational purposes only. I am a certified health coach, not a licensed physician, therapist, or dietitian.

  • Coaching does not substitute for medical diagnosis, treatment, or advice.

  • Always consult with a qualified healthcare provider before making health-related decisions.

  • You are solely responsible for your personal health choices and actions.

2. Coaching Services

By signing up for health coaching, you acknowledge:

  • Services are personalized based on the information you provide.

  • Results may vary depending on your effort, consistency, and health conditions.

  • You agree to be honest and open about your goals, habits, and any medical history that may affect your program.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

  • Use this site or services for unlawful or harmful purposes

  • Share false or misleading information

  • Copy, distribute, or reproduce content from this site without permission

  • Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity

4. Payment & Refund Policy

  • Payments are due in full before sessions or programs begin unless otherwise agreed upon (such as a payment plan).

  • No refunds will be issued for completed sessions or missed appointments due to the fault of the Client or parties related to the Client.

5. Cancellation, Rescheduling, and No-Shows to Sessions 

If Client desires to cancel a session, reschedule a session, or if it becomes impossible for Provider to render a session due to the fault of the Client or parties related to Client, Client shall provide notice to Provider as soon as possible, and at a minimum of 24 hours in advance. Provider has no obligation to attempt to re-book further Services to fill the void created by Client’s cancellation, rescheduling, no-show or if it becomes impossible for Provider to provide the session due to the fault of Client (or parties related to Client), and Provider will not be obligated to refund any monies to the Client.  Client is not relieved of any payment obligations for canceled sessions, rescheduled sessions, failing to show up for the session, or should it become impossible for Provider to provide the session due to the fault of Client (or parties related to Client).

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site—including text, graphics, logos, videos, and coaching materials—is the property of [Your Business Name] and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not:

  • Reproduce or redistribute materials for commercial purposes

  • Use content without written permission

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Envision Your Truth Coaching is not liable for:

  • Any injuries, losses, or damages resulting from the use of our site or coaching services
