Easy & Delicious Raw Vegan Smoothie Bowl
Quick, easy and delicious raw vegan smoothie bowl recipe!
This smoothie bowl is one of my go-to recipes because of how simple, quick, easy, and delicious it is. 😊🙌
Grab a large blender and add:
~ 1.5 cups of frozen wild blueberries
~ 4 ripe bananas (feel free to increase or decrease the amount of bananas for your serving size accordingly)
~ 1-2 small champagne or ataulfo mangoes
~ 1 frozen açai packet (I prefer the Sambazon brand)
~ ad finally, some water and/ or coconut water
I’ve found the key to making a great smoothie bowl is adding more dense (or frozen) ingredients and reducing the amount of water you normally would for your average smoothie. This creates a thicker consistency, making it easier to place all your toppings.
Go ahead and blend these ingredients to your preferred consistency and pour your base into a bowl.
Now it’s time for everyone’s favorite part, the toppings!
I don’t know about you, but I find the toppings can make or break a smoothie bowl. I don’t care how amazing the base tastes, if the toppings are sub-par, the overall experience sharply decreases.
So with that in mind, let’s go all out and add my favorite toppings: Figs, chia seeds, dried golden berries, and of course, goji berries.
